Managing Partners Bios
William O’Connell
William the co-founder/ founder of ITS has been a business owner, managing partner, director, and leader in the IT and network services and telecommunications industry for over 20 years. Will has a multitude of experience navigating, negotiating, designing, and creating complex IT and call center solutions in the SMB and enterprise space. He has leveraged his partnerships to help solve many of the dynamic challenges in today’s world that limit growth, continuity, scalability, and efficiency within these spaces.
John Sexton
John Sexton is a licensed insurance professional dedicated to simplifying the insurance process and providing tailored solutions for his clients. As an independent agent, John offers the ease of expert guidance, helping clients navigate and understand their insurance options. With access to a variety of carriers, he ensures clients have the freedom to choose the coverage that best meets their needs—delivering the benefit of choice alongside informed, unbiased advice.
John's commitment is to serve as a trusted advisor, free from obligations to any one carrier. This allows him to genuinely focus on each client’s best interests. His goal is to help clients find the right coverage and save money, making each day a success when he can positively impact his clients’ lives and insurance experiences.
Tab Pierce
Tab is a Co-Managing Partner at ITS Advisory Partners. He is also the founder of Caliber Security Partners, which he established in 2010 with a vision to shift security from a technical focus to a comprehensive risk management solution accessible to executive leadership. With over 20 years in the information security industry, Tab is deeply connected to a network of industry experts across the United States. He has held executive roles in leading information security service providers and within the IT sector, while also serving on the advisory board of several companies.
In addition to his work at Caliber, Tab is an author and the founder of Networked Live, a professional community dedicated to empowering seasoned business leaders and owners through networking and collaboration. His published works include Upsurge: Wreckage to Triumph, Rebuilding Your Personal and Business Life, and Outlast Everything.
