Who we are

This website is operated by ITS Advisory Partners, an advisory firm working across insurance, technology, and cybersecurity. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean ITS Advisory Partners. Information you give us

The contact form on this site asks for the following. Name, email address, and your message are required. The rest are optional.

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name
• Job title
• Your message to us

When you submit the form, that information is delivered to our business inbox so an advisor can respond. The form also runs an automated check to confirm a person, not a script, is submitting it. That check may use your IP address for the moment it takes to verify the submission. If you email or call us directly instead, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information, through the website form or by unencrypted email. If we need that kind of detail for an engagement, we will tell you how to send it securely.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the approximate region you are visiting from, the type of device and browser you use, and the site or search that referred you. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. IP addresses are truncated before the data reaches us, and we see aggregate usage reports rather than information that identifies you personally.

Google processes this data on our behalf. You can read Google's privacy policy for details, and you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop your visits from being measured on any site that uses Google Analytics.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, timestamps, and the pages requested. Those logs exist for security, abuse prevention, and reliability, and they are retained for a short period by the provider.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about the services you asked about.
• To operate, maintain, and improve this website and the content on it.
• To protect the site and our systems against spam, abuse, and security threats.
• To keep ordinary business records and meet our legal and professional obligations.

We do not use website information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not send marketing email to people simply because they filled out the contact form. If we ever add a mailing list, it will be one you choose to join.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We share information only in these situations.

• With service providers who help us run the site and our business, such as our hosting provider, our email and productivity platform, and Google Analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• With insurance carriers, underwriters, or other partners when you ask us to pursue something on your behalf and it cannot be done without sharing your details.
• When the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order, or when sharing is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, in which case the receiving party remains bound by this policy for information collected under it.

Cookies

The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and are used to measure usage. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings, usually under privacy or site data. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site or reach us through the contact form.

How long we keep information

Contact form submissions and email correspondence are kept as long as we need them to respond to you, to manage the relationship that follows, and to maintain ordinary business and professional records. Analytics data is retained according to the data retention setting in our Google Analytics property, after which Google deletes the underlying event level records. Server request logs are kept for the short retention period our hosting provider applies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email [email protected] and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we may keep information we are required to retain for legal, tax, or professional reasons.

Privacy laws differ by state and country, and some of them give residents specific rights over their personal information. Where such a law applies to you, we honor the rights it gives you, at no charge and without penalizing you for asking. You can also opt out of analytics measurement at any time using the browser controls described above.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly. The version posted on this page is always the current one.
